Safe & Sound Criteria

Every effort is made to ensure that the organisations included within this Directory meet the minimum standards of quality set by Wolverhampton’s Safeguarding Board.

Organisations are asked to comply with Wolverhampton Local Safeguarding Board’s “Safe and Sound Criteria” and are asked to confirm that they have rigorous processes in place to safeguard children and young people. This ranges from ensuring a “Safe guarding” (child protection) procedure is in place to having adequate public liability insurance.
